Training Needs Analysis (TNA)<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n

The process of identifying training needs in an organisation for the purpose of improving employee job performance.<\/p>\n

Learning Evaluation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Learning Evaluation \/ Training Evaluation, is about us being accountable and measuring how successful Training and Coaching has been. Therefore, you gain a real Return On Investment.<\/p>\n

What is Evaluation?<\/p>\n

It is an assessment of a Programme, Course or series of Coaching that measures its success in achieving the intended learning outcomes. Evaluation is used to determine:<\/p>\n

\u2013 What students have learned (outcome)
\n\u2013 The way they learned the material (process)
\n\u2013 Their approach to learning before, during, or after the programme, course or coaching series<\/p>\n

I assess participants beforehand to get a baseline of what they know (for example, through a questionnaire).\u00a0 During the learning activity, whatever it is, we assess what students are learning. Therefore, we can adjust the training or programme, if needed.<\/p>\n

After the course, programme or coaching series, the results are used to:<\/p>\n

(1) determine if there has been a change in each individual\u2019s knowledge and skills;
\n(2) measure progress and provide you with a report; and
\n(3) decide what action needs to be taken (if any) going forward.<\/p>\n
