Remember the manager from my past? The one who unknowingly ignited my career’s journey with a simple belief in me? Today, I’m living my passion because of her inspiration.<\/span><\/div>\n

It all revolved around her communication style \u2013 a down-to-earth professionalism that was unapologetically authentic.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
And guess what? Many people wrestle with this too. They crave confidence without sacrificing authenticity, all while dodging burnout. No more second-guessing, no more holding back. We’ve all been there at some point, right?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It was during my counselling training (before I trained to be a coach) that a light bulb moment hit! We picked spirit animals. I chose a black cat \u2013 independent, curious, and quietly wise.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
But hold on, the real magic happened when my peers chimed in. They saw me more as a black panther, a symbol of untapped power. And it hit me \u2013 I don’t need to roar to be heard.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This insight’s golden. How often do we get such clarity in life?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
So, here’s a challenge: pick your spirit animal and ask your closest people for theirs. Prepare for some enlightening surprises! Trust me, even if they pick the same animal, your self-awareness will skyrocket.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
