Thrive Coaching & Training (TCT) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of TCT. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of defamatory, obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

The names, images and logos identifying TCT or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of TCT and/or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right under any trade mark or patent TCT or any other third party.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guernsey, Channel Islands. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Guernsey.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
The content of this site and the collection of data by TCT will respect the rights of both individuals and companies and abide by the elements of the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001 as described in our privacy statement.
Terms & Conditions for Open and in-House Programmes:
Booking
Bookings are to be made via email and an invoice will follow. Payment is due within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do have a cancellation policy in place.
On Thrive Mini Courses, if you cancel the booking within 14 days of the course start date you will still be charged, even if payment has not yet been received at that point. Please note that on these open courses, we do accept replacement delegates right up until the last minute.
On in-house half, one- and two-day programmes, if you cancel the booking within 28 days of the course start date you will still be charged even if payment has not yet been received at that point.
For all course programmes in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to alter the venue or trainer but rest assured that this will not compromise quality in any way.
In the event of a course having to be cancelled last minute due to trainer sickness we will get in touch to offer an alternative future course date or offer a refund – whichever is the preferred route.
Please note that Thrive Coaching & Training is not responsible for consequential costs or any travel related expenditure resulting from a cancelled course.
Course Vouchers
Open course vouchers for our soft skills programmes can be purchased in batches of 10 2-hour modules to secure 10 programmes for the price of 8. Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Security
Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the customer and Thrive Coaching & Training accepts no responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen from the course venue. Customers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
Intellectual Property
The customer warrants that they shall only use Thrive Coaching & Training’s materials for their own educational purposes and shall not, without prior written consent, copy, make available, reproduce, sell, disseminate, licence, distribute, publish or otherwise circulate Thrive Coaching & Training ‘s materials to any other person or entity.
