Mini Course Topics:

Conflict Resolution – Part 1: This mini course aims to equip participants with practical tools to manage and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering respectful communication, collaboration, and mutually beneficial outcomes in personal and professional relationships. in Part 1, attendees will learn foundational skills for identifying sources of conflict and effective strategies for managing and resolving disputes constructively. Empowering Empathy: This workshop is focused on cultivating empathy in communication. Attendees will explore and discuss the importance of understanding others’ perspectives, active listening with empathy, and showing compassion in interactions. Register your interest

Non-verbal Communication: In addition to verbal communication, this workshop highlights the significance of non-verbal cues in communication, including topics such as body language, facial expressions, and gestures, and provides practical exercises to improve non-verbal communication skills. Active Listening and Powerful Questions: During this workshop, participants will learn the true meaning of ‘active listening’ is and how to apply it effectively. This interactive mini-course aims to equip attendees with a foundational understanding of the core qualities and adaptive strategies that define effective leadership in today’s fast-evolving landscape.
