I hope you enjoyed last week’s Thought for the Week; “Taking the Step” which was about how, as humans, we too often stay within our comfort zone without venturing beyond. And when we do take that step, that’s where all the magic happens!
You can read my previous blogs here below.
From your own experiences, you will know only too well that we often have very good reason for staying within our comfort zone. And, of course, that mechanism is in place to protect us in some way.
Sometimes we have to protect ourselves – at the same time, what about the times we could take that step and yet we hold back?
Let’s be honest, there are so many reasons why we can deny ourselves opportunities because we play safe right?
For instance; out of habit, fear, suspicion, we can’t be bothered etc?
And we know what Albert Einstein said about; “if you do what you always did, you’ll get what you always got!”
And our relationships and lives suffer when we play safe and don’t communicate what we really want to say!
This is where my programme differs from most, because before we can communicate genuinely and most effectively, we must first understand the things that hold us back. And I’m not talking about psychoanalysis here!
The process I have developed over more than 25 years is so simple and yet so effective when you know how.
Would you like to know more, either for yourself or someone else?
If you, or a friend or colleague would like to explore this further, you can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation with me! There is absolutely no obligation. After 30 minutes, you / they will have gained more clarity on the next step they want to take.

[The Things we do not say]
As always, I will leave you with that thought! I will be in touch again with more thoughts and tips on how you, and / or your team can be more effective communicators.
And don’t forget to check out “The Communication Code”
With best wishes,
